When you come for an appointment, you will experience a space where talking about emotions and experiences is supported and validated. Understanding you and participating in your own strategic growth is what happens in session. Getting thoughts and feelings out of your head and out into the air with a trusted professional gives room to explore life from a different perspective. You will be given things to think about or work on between sessions. That’s what helps to make change stick and progress to be noticeable. Dr. Chester looks forward to walking through the semester with you!
